I love training jiu jitsu at PCA. We have a great community of people of all ages/sizes/abilities, knowledgeable instructors who care, and a structured approach to learning techniques that build a system quickly. It’s a great way to get in shape and builds confidence and character. I can’t recommend PCA enough, I only wish I started sooner.

I started my jiu-jitsu journey with Ty Purler and the amazing coaches at PCA about a year and a half ago. At 47yrs old I was a little skeptical about getting involved in a combat sport, but I'm here to tell you.....it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's the absolute best way to stay or get in shape, not to mention learning some skills at the same time. It's definitely something the entire family could get involved with and benefit from. I highly recommend getting involved with this academy and the outstanding group of people who attend it.
